my moms SUPER DUPER cake recipe.

Remember the post about the regency dresses. well during that week of needles, fitting, and thread. i made a chocolate cake....the best chocolate cake EVER!

it was not to dense and not to sweet it was perfect.

i used:

one yellow cake mix

four eggs

half a cup vegetable oil.

a little bit more than a half cup of water.

1 cup of sour cream. (or plain yogurt.)

and as many mini chocolate chips as you want. (i did a cup just because i love chocolate!!!)

bake at 350 in a bunt cake pan, for lets say...50 Min's.

Hint. use A LOT of cooking spray it is a very sticky cake.

Dresses........

last week we under took a BIG project. we made 4 regency dresses...

it harder than it looks. I think it should be called the not so simple simplicity.
